��•� II I wl1 Vr wL7IrVIC1 F.4.'14 <br /> • ' J <br /> TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95- 40 <br /> RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN BOARD OF TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> REGARDING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE <br /> STEEPLECHASE DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE TOWN OF WESTPORT, <br /> DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN <br /> (Hellenbrand/Irisb Meadows Property) <br /> WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat entitled "Preliminary Flat of Steeplechase Plat" <br /> dated June 20, 1995 (the "Plat") was submitted to the Town of Westport for review <br /> and action, and the statutory review period will expire on September 23, 1995; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plat was referred to the Plan Commission for review and <br /> recommendation to the Town Board of Supervisors; and <br /> WHEREAS; the Plan Commission and Board have reviewed the Plat and met <br /> with legal counsel and with the owners of the property, Irish Meadows, Inc, (the <br /> "Developer"), with respect to the proposed development; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and Board have determined that the Plat will <br /> only be consistent with the Town Land Use Plan, applicable Town Ordinances, and <br /> Wisconsin Statutes, if all of the various conditions set forth below are met; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission held a public hearing on the Plat on August <br /> 14, 1995. <br /> H:IWIP180061471PRPLRES2.TGW <br /> 092I951457 1 <br />
