NOW, THEREFORE, the Town of Westport Board of Supervisors hereby resolves <br /> that, based on the above, the Preliminary Plat of Steeplechase Plat dated June 20, <br /> 1995, be.conditionally approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Water shall be provided to the development contemplated in the Plat by <br /> the proposed Town public water system. The Town Engineer shall review and <br /> approve the design of the water system included within the Plat property. <br /> 2. All utilities shall be installed underground, and their location approved by <br /> the servicing utilities. <br /> 3. Erosion control and Stormwater drainage and runoff plans shall be <br /> approved by the Town Engineer. <br /> 4. Documentation from the Town Engineer stating that road, sewer, water <br /> stormwater detention/retention, and other required public improvements, have met <br /> Town standards. <br /> 5. Contracts entered into by the Town and Developer for all public <br /> improvements shall be reviewed and approved by the Town Attorney and Town <br /> Engineer. <br /> 6. A Development Agreement between the Town and Developer, in a form <br /> acceptable to the Town Attorney, shall be executed requiring the Developer to pay <br /> Town Engineer and Town Attorney review fees.
