No commercial truck traffic or service shall be allowed on Rankin Lane <br /> for services being provided to lots along North Sea Road. <br /> 12, Steps shall be taken by the Developer to discourage residential traffic on <br /> North Sea Road from Rankin Lane, and to encourage such traffic to access North Sea <br /> Road from Enchanted View Drive, <br /> 13.
