A public sanitary sewage system to provide public sewer to all developed <br /> lots shall be required for development of the property. <br /> 15. The Town's Land Use Plan shall be modified as required, as shall the <br /> appropriate Urban Service Area. All the property comprising the Plat shall become <br /> part of the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District, and the appropriate Westport <br /> Utility District, which shall provide sewerage services to the Plat property. An <br /> agreement approved by the Town attorney shall be entered to provide that the <br /> Developer will pay the cost and fees, including attorney fees, incurred by the Town to <br /> accomplish the same. <br /> 16. No more than 60 condominium units shall be developed on Lot 9, the <br /> condominium plat for which shall be approved by the Town which shall also be <br /> restricted to residency by no more than 25% maximum rental units, with the Town <br /> Attorney to approve the written restriction providing for such, and the Plan <br /> Commission shall have design review approval on the condominium. <br /> 17.
