ai <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT entered into on December 4 , 199 5 , <br /> between Steve Lawrence , hereinafter called "Property <br /> Owner" , and the Town of Albion, County of Dane, State of <br /> Wisconsin, hereinafter called "Town" . <br /> A. Property Owner is the owner of property located in <br /> the Town, ( the property) more particularly described as : (See <br /> Attached Legal Description) or Assessors Plat Outlot 6 <br /> Exc CSN 6246 <br /> having an address of W of 1504 CTH -A. <br /> B. The property is presently zoned A-1 Excl. <br /> Property Owner has or will petition the Town and Dane County to <br /> rezone the property to RH-2 zoning classification. <br /> The change in zoning will allow the property to be used <br /> as residential until bank loan is paid in full. <br /> C . If the Town recommends approval of the change in <br /> zoning, a pre-condition of doing such will be the signing of this <br /> AGREEMENT. <br />
