If_ the Property Owner later transfers , sells or <br /> conveys any legal or equitable interest in the property he shall <br /> first : <br /> ( a ) Petition the Town and Dane County to rezone the <br /> property to the zoning classification of A-1 Excl. <br /> (b) If Property Owner fails to do such, Property Owner <br /> does hereby appoint the Town Board Chairman of the Town to make <br /> such application on Property Owner' s behalf, such appointment <br /> being irrevocable; <br /> ( c) Property Owner shall advise his prospective <br /> purchaser of the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT; <br /> (d) All costs of rezoning and enforcing this <br /> AGREEMENT, including the Town ' s reasonable attorney' s fees, shall <br /> be paid by Property Owner. <br /> -- 2 - <br />
