Hauling shall be limited to two seasons. The bulk of the material will be <br /> hauled in 1989 and the remainder in 1990, 1991 or 1922. <br /> 3. There shall be a gradual feathered slope in all detention basins and <br /> ponds. No vertical walls. <br /> 4. In regards to dust, the Town Chairperson, if after physically viewnc the <br /> site, deems that dust is causing a problem, will have the right to shut <br /> the job down until control measures correcting the problem can be <br /> implemented. <br /> 5. The contractor shall abide by the City of Madison noise ordinance - Max <br /> DBA at 50 feet = 88 dba. <br /> 6. Approximately ten acres of land will be opened up for clay extractiob at <br /> one time. When the excavation is complete on the first ten acres, Ihe <br /> next ten acres will be stripped of topsoil. That topsoil will theb be <br /> placed on the first ten acres stripped. This procedure will then be <br /> repeated for the following acres. After the topsoil is replaced, _ will <br /> be graded and seeded. <br /> 7. Soil erosion control measures will be required and enforced. Siltation <br /> fences shall be constructed as required. <br /> 8. Hours of operation shall be 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Truck hauling sali be <br /> limited to 7:00 a.m. to 4 :00 p.m. The intent is that work days shall be <br /> Monday through Friday with the exception of an occasional Saturday for <br /> rain make-up. <br />• <br />
