In his letter, Mr. Nording makes various statements regarding actions of John T.Payette <br /> the Town of Burke Planning Commission. Enclosed is a copy of Planning of Counsel <br /> Commission meeting minutes from February 28, 1996. As you will note in the Floyd <br /> James A C.Brynelson Herrick <br /> enclosed minutes, a correction is made to the minutes of the meeting of February 5, FrankJ.Bucaida <br /> 1996. As the minutes state, corrections were made to more accurately reflect facts Griffin G. Dorschel <br /> and events. As the corrected minutes state, the Planning Commission moved to in Memoriam <br /> deny CUP 1298 based upon the written recommendations set forth in the entitled Ralph E.Ailey <br /> "Recommendation re: CUP 1298." 1902-1995 <br /> Peter Weisenberger <br /> As the enclosed minutes show, the Planning Commission voted to forward to the 1946-1992 <br /> Town Board the recommendation document regarding denial of CUP 1298. <br /> Consistent with this recommendation, that document was in fact forwarded to the <br /> Town Board. The Town Board in turn accepted that recommendation. <br />
