The Town also found that the <br /> conditional use request for a limited family business could receive Town <br /> approval because it would be only an extension of an existing C.U.P. for <br /> limited family business. The Board found that no complaints have been filed <br /> or received on the current use- which was approved by the Town some <br /> years ago with restrictions which have been followed by the owner to date. <br /> The Town of Vienna voted to recommend approval of zoning petition <br /> #6482 and C.U.P. permit #1308 with the same restrictions which were <br /> attached to the original C.U.P. permit approval.
