Petition # 1074 <br /> Dear Sirs: <br /> The Vienna Town Board and Plan Committee have reviewed zoning <br /> petition # 5665 and CUP petition # 1074 submitted by John and <br /> Sherri Nickelson seeking to renovate an existing barn in section <br /> # 32 of the Town of Vienna and use that property for a craft <br /> and antiques business , <br /> The Board and Plan Committee voted to approve a varience from <br /> the Vienna Town Plan with conditions because the buildings on <br /> that property no longer provided an agricultural use to the <br /> surrounding property, the new use requested was found not to <br /> be in conflict with surrounding uses with attatched conditions, <br /> and no objections were filed by adjoining property owners. <br /> The Town of Vienna recommendation for approval of the above <br /> petitions is with the following condit_icm -j: <br /> 1 ) Only one advertising sign for the business, which is visable <br /> from Hwy 113, will be allowed on the properly or other property <br /> with in one half mile of the business site, The advertising <br /> sign shall not exceed a size of a ' by 12 ' in size. <br /> 2 ) No outside displays shall be visable from Hwy 113 for items <br /> to be sold. <br /> 3) Existing buildings on the property shall be used for the <br /> requested business. <br /> The Town requests that Dane County approve the above requests <br /> and apply the Town's conditions with the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> Please contact me if you have additional questions. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Robert Pulvermacher <br /> Vienna Town Clerk <br />
