BB aA, <br /> Cottage Grove,Wi <br /> Re:Zoning Petition#6504, Hearing 7:30 Feb. 13 <br /> I own the farm land across Kennedy road from the Klosterman farm buildings and rent that 40 acres to <br /> the man who is farming the Klosterman farm. <br /> I support separating the farm house from the other farm buildings IF the driveway issue can be settled <br /> so that there is no interference with the use of the farm buildings-milk truck access, easy farm <br /> access, etc. -and so that the new owner will not cause problems with the use of the farm buildings. <br /> I oppose the creating of two new residential lots. There is no reason for any more unswered <br /> residences in the town of Cottage Grove now that the village has opened up so much area for <br /> residential development. Continued growth in private wells and sewers is going eventually to create <br /> a major problem in soil and water quality. <br /> In addition, new residences along Kennedy road are going to add to the present traffic congestion. <br /> My home is situated so that I see the many, many cars turning into Kennedy and coming from <br /> Kennedy into BB. I marvel that there hasn't be an accident. Kennedy road was originally built to <br /> serve five farms and now it is serving an airport and many residences. <br /> I am reluctant to drive into Madison at night in the kind of weather we have had recently.
