Our zoning <br /> request was in accordance with the Town of Cottage Grove approved land use plan for 1994. <br /> The problem presently is that the process has still to be completed via the Regional Planning <br /> Commission, Dane County Board and the Office of the Dane County Executive. <br /> Currently, the 1994 Town Land Use Plan for Cottage Grove is trapped in the Regional Planning <br /> Commission, after which the Dane County Board and Executive must ratify that plan. <br /> No firm time is yet known when this will be completed. We ask that you postpone our zoning <br /> request until the Town of Cottage Grove Land Use Plan becomes effective, hopefully in 1996. <br /> Thank you for your consideration. I appreciate your time.
