The regular board meeting was called to order by Chairman Skaar at 8:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: Rick Griffin, Kris Hampton, Silvin Kurt, Kevin Shelley, and Eugene <br /> Skaar. <br /> 11. Minutes of the previous meeting: MOTION by Kurt/Hampton to approve the minutes <br /> as presented of the Nov. 20 public hearing and regular meeting, the Nov. 21 budget <br /> workshop, and the Nov. 25 budget workshop. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> III. Treasurer's report and approval of bills: <br /> A. MOTION by Kurt/Griffin to approve payment of all bills as presented except the <br /> assessor's bill pending an explanation of the charges. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> B. MOTION by Hampton/Kurt to approve the contract for the lock box service at the <br /> bank for 25 cents per deposit with a $2.00 per day minimum. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> IV. Public Concerns: None. <br /> V. Plan Committee Recommendations: <br /> A. Mr. Loney, 4612 Vilas Road; C.U.P. and site approval for building a double garage <br /> on lot 18 in Nondahl Heights. MOTION by Griffin/Kurt to hold in abeyance for 2 <br /> months. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> B. Dorshorst & Maier, 4664 Baxter Road; zone change A-1 to RH-a for two 2 acre sites <br /> for building two houses. The plan committee wanted more information and a site plan as <br /> it looked like it might be on a town flood plain. MOTION by Hampton/Griffin to hold <br /> another 2 months for further information. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> C. Huston; 2494 Nora Road: No zone change needed, request for driveway permit _ <br /> MOTION by Griffin/Kurt to move the southern driveway & access at the Town Hall to <br /> the southern boundary of the town land to be jointly used by the Hustons and the Town <br /> Property. Some discussion followed about it being used for an access for a future fire <br /> department. There were no objections. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> Discussion about the field access on Nora Road was held up because of the Cenex <br /> putting drain tile in the ditch along Nora Road. Mr. Huston said he would take the <br /> culvert out when they were ready to go in with the tile. MOTION by Hampton/Shelley <br /> to approve the requested field access on Nora Road, that it be at least 15 feet from the <br /> Doug Bean property, and that when the tile is laid by BTz that the culvert will be <br /> removed and put back in at the Huston's expense. MOTION CARRIED. It is the <br /> board's understanding that the Huston's can use this field access as a re .•- tial access <br /> until such time as the driveway 011 1' is relocated in the spring.,, <br /> D. Larson: Request to change a parcel on Uphoff Roa• ro A 1 to R-1 t• settle an 1( <br /> estate. MOTION by Griffin/Kurt to approve the request.
