It was observed the <br /> construction of an addition to an agricultural accessory structure without an issued zoning permit. <br /> Under Dane County Code of Ordinance section 10.25 ADMINISTRATION, ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES. (1) <br /> Zoning administrator. (2)Zoning permits. (a)No new building shall hereafter be erected, and no existing building <br /> shall be added to, structurally altered, moved or changed in use, nor shall any nonconforming building be repaired <br /> or restored, in any district, until a zoning permit has been issued, except as otherwise provided by law or ordinance. <br /> This letter serves as notice that your property at 6557 Lavina Rd is in violation of the ordinance. There is no record <br /> of an issued zoning permit for the addition to an agricultural accessory structure. <br /> You are hereby instructed to apply for a zoning permit within 10 days of the date of this letter.
