Petitioners state that the 30-acre parcel will be sold to <br /> Purchaser named above and the remaining eight acres will be gifted <br /> to and become a part of the parcel of Eugene and Julie Swenson and <br /> be zoned RH-3 . Said petitioners further state as follows : <br /> 1 . Legal description of the land proposed to be rezoned is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A and to be further described by <br /> survey. <br /> 2 . A 1" = 400' scale drawing of the proposed area to be rezoned <br /> is attached hereto as Exhibit B and a larger map to facilitate <br /> review of this matter is attached hereto as Exhibit C. <br /> A. Square footage of the area to be rezoned is 1, 385, 165 <br /> (31 . 75 acres more or less) . <br /> B. The soil classifications and percentage of each class <br /> contained within the area to be rezoned are : <br /> 3 . The tax parcel numbers of the land proposed to be rezoned are: <br /> Parts of Tax Parcel Nos . 303-8200-9, 303-8690-7, 303-9000-9, <br /> 303-9570-0 and 303-9500-4 . <br />
