We understand the following: <br /> • Brad Hornung wants to add an addition to his home but the current setbacks would <br /> not allow room for an addition. <br /> • Rezoning the lot to R-3 is an option around the variance requirements. <br /> • The lot could be rezoned to R-3 but Brad would be restricted to a single-family <br /> structure. <br /> We have talked with Brad and if our understanding of the rezoning as stated above is <br /> correct, we have no problem with the rezoning of lot 61 to R-3.
