At the present time the Village <br /> of Dane does not have any extraterritorial rights from the <br /> Township of Dane . As such, we the Village cannot object <br /> to the township rezoning as they see fit . <br /> But we have some concerns to the location of this residential <br /> site of which may be very costly to the developer. <br /> 1 ) This land is immediately adjacent to an old Village <br /> dump site--then the question of well depth and water quality <br /> as well as septic discharge . <br /> 2 ) Location of lot is adjacent to municipal water and sewer <br /> but isn' t is our current Urban Service Area. <br /> 3 ) As a public safety item it should be noted this property <br /> is right at the crest of a hill on Hwy. 113--so access <br /> to the highway is a traffic concern. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> VILLAGE OF DANE <br /> il\txr.<211 <br /> David L.
