Roman Meier, 7176 Hwy 113 , Dane, WI . <br /> As you may be aware, the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Mr. <br /> Meier have reached an agreement regarding a parcel of his land that <br /> will be bought by the DOT for use in the repaving of Hwy 113 . <br /> According to the agreement, Mr. Meier will be allowed to rezone <br /> another parcel of land, approximately 1 acre, to residential . I <br /> support the decision and hope the matter is resolved in a speedy <br /> manner. This has been an ongoing situation and both parties are <br /> thankful to see the issue resolved. <br /> Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
