We met with Mr. Frakes, the superintendent and <br /> the school district lawyer on November 3, 1995 . At that <br /> meeting we were told they would apply for the necessary <br /> conditional use permits . After that meeting Mr. Wendt, our <br /> town chairman contacted your office and told you to put any <br /> further action on hold because they were going to do the <br /> proper paperwork. <br /> Today is December 6 and we have not received a copy of any <br /> permit applications from your office or the school district . <br /> Therefore we are letting you take whatever action may be <br /> necessary. <br /> Thank you . <br /> Town of Black Earth Board <br /> Barb Parrell, Clerk <br /> cc .
