Approval of the revised proposed certified survey map, Exhibit 1 hereto. The <br /> revised proposed certified survey map differs from the original proposed certified <br /> survey map in that it moves the southern boundary of Lot 1-further to the south <br /> to meet setback requirements and in order that the well head for the well <br /> servicing Lot 1 be within Lot 1. <br /> 2. Approve the rezoning of proposed Lot 1 from R-3A and A-1 Exclusive to R-3A <br /> and approve as an alternative the rezoning of proposed Lot 1 from R-3A and A-1 <br /> Exclusive to R-3A and RH-1 in conformity with Exhibit 2 and Exhibit 2A <br /> attached hereto. The rezoning of the A-1 Exclusive portion pertains to the <br /> additional strip of land being added to Lot 1 at the southern boundary being <br /> required to meet the setback requirements and to have the well head servicing Lot <br /> 1 to be within Lot 1. The requested alternative zoning is to zone the area around <br /> the house and the garage R-3A and the balance of proposed Lot 1 as RH-1 in <br /> order to attempt to save the barn, which needs to meet certain gross area <br /> requirements and height requirements. Attached to Exhibit 2A is a diagram <br /> showing how the double zoning of that lot lies out. <br />
