This proposed residential rezoning appears to conflict with adopted town/county policies <br /> for the agricultural area in the Town of Dunn. <br /> The relevant policy is: "Restrict new residential development to areas with soils not classified as prime <br /> farmland providing the lot is at least one acre or more in size at a ratio of 1 lot per 35-acre tract." <br /> This proposed site has all prime farmland by USDA definition. The application indicates that the soils <br /> are all Class I and II,the most productive. <br /> It appears that the soils to the south along Schneider Drive are less productive and would not have this <br /> policy conflict. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> None. <br /> OTHER <br /> None. <br />
