They decided to stay with their original approval and make an exception to the <br /> Land Use Plan for the following reasons: <br /> 1. The proposed lot is for the son of the farm owner, who he is helping with the operation <br /> of the farm. <br /> 2. The proposed lot is the minimum size lot in order to take as little crop land as possible. <br /> 3. The location of class II and III soils on the corner of Schneider Drive and Hawkinson <br /> Road where it would seem to be better spot for a house, is bedrock close to the surface <br /> and would be a problem for a conventional septic system. <br /> 4. Locating the lot in the woods with an access off CTH B would result in a long, up hill <br /> driveway, with access on a heavier traveled road, and the residence would be further <br /> from the farm operation. <br /> 5.
