COMPOSITE REPORT - Page 3 APPLICATION NO. 6577 <br /> STAFF COMMENTS <br /> The key part of this policy is that no proposed development project within this area will be <br /> considered until the developer has submitted a written request to the Village of Deerfield, which in <br /> turn submits a request to the Dane County Regional Panning Commission to have the project area <br /> added to the urban service area. <br /> According to the Village Clerk,there have been some discussions between the developer and the <br /> village. There has been no written request, and the village has made no written request of the <br /> RPC. <br /> The rezoning application indicates that the land is not served by public sewer or water. There is <br /> no indication of intent to request an amendment of the USA. Therefore,by policy, consideration <br /> of this proposal is premature until these procedural steps have been taken. <br /> Once these requests are made,there are a number of specific policies, standards and criteria in <br /> the plan which must be addressed. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic. etc.) <br /> None. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> None. <br /> OTHER <br /> None. <br />
