IMPROVEMENTS MADE BY CHERYL PATTY AND KEITH KELLY SINCE 04/01/15 <br /> 1. Installed natural gas (WE energies) <br /> 2. Removed old oil furnace, installed natural gas furnace <br /> 3. New water softener installed <br /> 4. New carpet installed, both units, six rooms of carpet total. <br /> 5. New paint throughout both units <br /> 6. Replaced reverse osmosis systems <br /> 7. Repaired both dishwashers <br /> 8. Repaired upper washing machine <br /> 9. Electrical outlet work <br /> 10. Roof repair,venting repair <br /> 11. Several replacement windows installed <br /> 12. Gutted lower shed to make usable storage and installed overhead door <br /> 13. Enclosed footprint of back porch <br /> 14. Trimmed trees, ripped dead bushes, mulching <br /> The above projects were all voluntary projects some of which we did ourselves and some were <br /> professionally contracted. Future improvements include a new roof and siding and water heater. <br />
