8. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan.No material storage, vehicle <br /> traffic or grading may occur in the areas identified as "undisturbed" or"vegetated buffer" <br /> on the plan. In the event any of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control <br /> measures will be required. <br /> 9. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Construction and grading is scheduled to begin upon permit issuance. <br /> Disturbed areas must either be permanent restored or temporarily covered with <br /> straw mulch within 30-days of initial disturbance. <br /> All disturbed areas must be permanently restored, as noted in the plan,by May <br /> 31, 2016. <br /> The construction site must follow the plan according to the schedule approved by Dane County <br /> Water Resource Engineering. This permit will expire on the stabilization date included in the <br /> plan(May 31,2016) and may be amended prior to permit expiration only. This review is for <br /> the erosion control requirements of Chapter 14,Dane County Code of Ordinances only and other <br /> approvals may be necessary.
