Field. My <br /> involvement, as I mentioned to you, is as counsel to Ms. Ida Swenson who has significant interests in the <br /> properties proposed for land division. She is the vendor of the lands under a land contract with Mr.and Mrs. <br /> Field dated July 1, 1995. <br /> • <br /> Mr. Field, his lawyer and the Town of Blue Mounds previously were advised that Ms. Swenson has <br /> not authorized, agreed or consented to the proposed rezoning, division or sale of lands being considered by <br /> Mr. Field. By this letter I am hereby advising the Dane County Board, including the Committee on Zoning <br /> and Natural Resources, that Ms. Swenson has not consented and therefore objects to any rezoning or division <br /> of the lands to which she retains substantial interests. <br /> Would your office kindly furnish me with notice of any hearing or action taken on the pending land <br /> division proposals. <br /> Thank you for your past courtesies. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Don S.
