In addition to office space, these small businesses
require a small storage area for merchandise, parts, supplies and equipment used in their business. A
typical business might be plumber, electrician, painter, distributor, etc.
Dane County Zoning originally recommended a C-2 zone for this purpose. The owner does not care
which zone is approved as long as this intended use is permitted.
It is up to the Town of Bristol and Dane County Zoning to agree on a zone. The owner is willing to
accept the conditions of approval that have been proposed by the Town of Bristol.
Submitted
MIDSTATE CORPORATION OF WISCONSIN
John H.
