This proposed warehouse site is in an unsewered development district(North Bristol)in <br /> the Town of Bristol. <br /> Adopted town/county policy allows for commercial development if it has direct access to a county <br /> highway,which it has. <br /> The site is adjacent to other commercial uses: a garage to the west and two taverns at the intersection <br /> of Hwys.N and V. <br /> Because the C-2 Commercial District permits many other heavy commercial and industrial uses which <br /> would be incompatible at this location,the site should be conditionally rezoned for the warehouse use. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> CTH"V"is not a controlled access highway,however any changes to existing accesses or new <br /> accesses require approval of the area maintenance supervisor. <br /> OTHER <br /> None. <br />
