t • • <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6560 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Windsor. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the CO-1 Conservancy District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6560 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 9, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 9, thence N 01° 26' 20" West, 1335.07 <br /> feet along the West line of the SW 1/4, said Section 9, thence N 89° 45' 07" East, 46.61 <br /> feet to the East right-of-way line of USH 51 said point being the point of beginning of this <br /> description; thence N 01° 21' 58' West, 300.00 feet along said East right-of-way line USH <br /> 51; thence N 89° 45' 07" East, 384.25 feet; thence N 31° 48' 19" East, 530.83 feet; <br /> thence N 89° 45' 07"East, 600.00 feet to the East line of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 said Section <br /> 9; thence S 01° 24' 28" East, 750.00 feet along the East line of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 said <br /> Section 9; thence S 89° 45' 07" West, 1275.29 feet to the point of beginning of this <br /> description. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.Parcel shall only be used by the Village of DeForest for a storm water management basin and the <br /> maintenance thereof along with operation and maintenance of a water well and minor facilities which are <br /> accessory and appurtent to the operation and function of the basin. <br /> 2.Parcel shall not be used for or include the following uses and activities: Boat landings; sale of bait;boat <br /> or motor rental; sale of gasoline; refreshment facilities or pavilions; hydro-electric power stations; <br /> residential uses;recreational uses including but not limited to boating,swimming, skating and camping <br /> 3.Parcel and storm water basin may be used as an outdoor educational facility. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
