Parcel shall only be used by the Village of DeForest for a storm water <br /> management basin and the maintenance thereof along with operation and maintenance <br /> of a water well and minor facilities which are accessory and appurtenant to the <br /> operation and function of the basin. <br /> 2. Parcel shall not be used for or include the following uses and activities: Boat <br /> landings; sale of bait, boat or motor rental; sale of gasoline; refreshment facilities or <br /> pavilions; hydro-electric power stations; residential uses; recreational uses including <br /> but not limited to boating, swimming, skating and camping. <br />
