We <br /> are establishing a Regional 100 year Flood Elevation for the area involved in the <br /> project. <br /> There will be no filling of farmed wetland. The Prior Converted Farmed <br /> Wetland which is partially drained or drained farmland is not considered wetland by <br /> the Army Corps of Engineers and the National Conservation & Resources Service . The <br /> Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources considers the Prior Converted Farmed <br /> Wetland as wetland. There are planned fairways, greens, tees and walkways in this <br /> Prior Converted Wetland. There will be wooden raised walkways across the Farmed <br /> Wetlands. An alternative would be to for drive access to County <br /> Trunk Highway "A" if possible. Traffic estimates are for 150 to 200 cars per day based <br /> on peak periods. The owners will be responsible for their own maintenance of the <br /> entrance roadway. Planned access is shown on the plan with parking, existing building <br /> locations, planned domestic sanitary facility bed locations, screening along Old Stone <br /> Road and Hildreth Road. <br /> There will be no requests for real estate developments on lands by the owners <br /> near the project of more than one potential residence to house a course manager. <br /> Stormwater and erosion control plans will be submitted at the time of <br /> construction. <br /> The clubhouse may not be built until business is established in the degree to <br /> warrant construction. <br /> The course is designed to use the least amount of farmland and could be <br /> reclaimed as farmland in the future if necessary. Some of the lands in the farmed <br /> wetland will be seeded in prairie and hydrophytic vegetation. The wooded shoreline will <br /> be preserved as it presently is. It is expected that the finished course will attract other <br />
