The Plan Committee has not <br /> yet completed their review or made a recommendation to the Vienna Town <br /> Board to allow a Town public hearing and Town Board recommendation on <br /> this zoning change request. <br /> At this time the Town is seeking input from the Village of Waunakee on this <br /> request and also studying the request to determine if special conditions or <br /> restrictions would allow this request to meet the Vienna Town Plan. We do <br /> not expect to complete our study prior to our next meeting on April 15th. <br /> The Town asks that Dane County hold the County public hearing on April <br /> 9th as scheduled. We further request that no final decision be made at that <br /> public hearing and that Dane County grant the Town of Vienna to appear and <br /> present our recommendations and findings after our public hearing and prior <br /> to a final action on this request.
