May 22, 1996
Dane County Zoning Dept. ' 2 4 Iie6
Attn: Mr. James Gregorius/Zoning Administrator
City-County Bldg./Room 116 D.C.PLANNING&DEVELC;,= :;• 4T
210 Martin Luther King Jr., Blvd. PROPERTY RECO
Madison, Wisconsin 53709 -_
Re: Zoning Petition # 6574
Dear Mr. Gregorius,
The Town of Vienna earlier asked Dane County to with hold action on
Zoning petition # 6574 until the Town was prepared to make an informed
recommendation on that petition.
The Vienna Plan Committee held their public hearing on the petition at their
May 20th meeting. That Committee recommended approval to the Town
Board with conditions being placed on CUP and LC-1 zoning. The Town
Board will hold their public hearing on that petition at their June 3th Town
Board meeting.
I spoke to Mr Gary Gunderman on this petition and the Town's actions to
date and he suggested that I send you a copy of the restrictions and possible
reasons which would allow the Town to grant a variance for this request from
it's Town Plan. What I have sent is a copy of my April 29th letter- as the
committee conditioned their approval on this unchanged. Mr. Anderson also
reviewed these restrictions and is in agreement. Please contact me prior to
our June 3rd public hearing if you feel any changes are necessary or advised.
Sincerely,
Robert Pulvermacher
Vienna Town Clerk
