They did not know that Rice <br /> was associated with Brigham who had appeared in front of them regarding a CSM. <br /> The matter was tabled. They will discuss both the Rice petition and the Brigham <br /> CSM on April 10th. Chairman Walters does not anticipate any problems except the <br /> utility easement.
