DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6576 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Burke. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District's the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6576 <br /> A part of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map #6410, located in the E 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 9, <br /> Town of Burke described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said <br /> Section 9; thence S 89° 04' 49" West along the South line of the said SW 1/4, 1320.20 <br /> feet; thence N 00° 08' 19" East, 1560.56 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N <br /> 00° 08' 19" East, 525.00 feet; thence N 89° 38' 37" East, 346.99 feet; thence S 14° 50' <br /> 49"East, 542.23 feet; thence S 89° 38' 37" West, 487.18 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
