Evans, Ronnie Mattheis, Pat Clark, Lucy Wall, Kaleb Asplund and Bill Munz. <br /> MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:00 P.M. BY CHAIRPERSON KENNETH <br /> SCHUCK. <br /> MOTION BY SUP. HOUGAN,SECOND BY SUP. PERTZBORN AND CARRIED <br /> TO APPROVE MINUTES OF THE TOWN BOARD MEETING OF MARCH 5, <br /> 1996. <br /> REPORTS: PLAN COMMISSION by Chairperson Colleen Gregorich. <br /> 1) #2715 - Appeal by Lake Kegonsa State Park, Wisconsin DNR. Motion by Sup. <br /> Hougan, second by Sup. Pertzbom and carried to approve the special exception permit as <br /> provided by Section 11.05(3)to permit filling and grading as necessary within 300 feet of <br /> Lake Kegonsa and its tributary at 2405 Door Creek Road. <br /> 2) William J. Evans, 1927 Williams Drive. Motion by Sup. Pertzbom, second by Sup. <br /> Peterson and carried to approve the rezone of the property at 1927 Williams Drive from <br /> RH3 to A2(8)(minimum of 8 acres)with the CUP M, limited family, allowing repair and <br /> maintenance of firearms with sales limited to 10 firearms maximum per year and that it be <br /> restricted to permitted use D, home occupations. <br /> 3) Steve and Kelly Haried, 2955 McConnell Road. Motion by Sup. Hougan, second by <br /> Sup. Peterson and carried to approve the rezone of the property at 2955 McConnell Road <br /> from R1 to A2(1), restricted to permitted use E, accessory building allowing the storage <br /> of personal recreational vehicles and other personal belongings. <br /> 4) Steve Forrer, 1614 Spring Road. Rezone request is to be in the name of Steve Forrer, <br /> not Trifor Dist. Motion by Sup. Pertzbom, second by Sup. Peterson and carried to <br /> rezone the property at the southwest corner of the intersection of CTH N and <br /> Koshkonong Road from LC 1 to Cl for the permitted uses(A)retail and service uses <br /> limited to specialty/groceries and(C)warehousing and storage incidental to the permitted <br /> use on the premises. Additionally evergreen screening will be placed at the west end of <br /> the property line. <br /> 5) Motion by Sup. Pertzbom, second by Sup. Hougan and carried to approve the rezone <br /> of the Town of Pleasant Springs, 2354 CTH N from Cl and C2 to C2 with a CUP for <br /> government usage. <br /> 6) Motion by Sup. Pertzbom, second by Sup. Hougan and carried to approve Ordinance <br /> Amendment #43, regarding height of Pylon signs. <br /> 7) Motion by Sup. Pertzbom and second by Sup. Schuck to disapprove Ordinance <br /> Amendment#44 relating to mineral extraction uses in all agricultural districts. Motion <br /> passed with Sup. Hougan voting no. <br />
