set for May 27. Chr. Complaints on activities at 2464 Sanford Road. Constable Shaffer and Tom Hougan
joined the Board to discuss. There is a question as to whether documentation by
the Precinct was done on these reports. Constable Jeff Shaffer will talk to Lt. Baglama
from the SE Sheriff's Precinct and Mr. Raemisch about the above concerns and report
back to the Board.
4. Fire inspection ordinance. Chr. Schuck and C/T Neal will work on updating. It has
been recommended that there should be an ordinance on the fire inspection fees the Town
is charging.
5. Both parcels were valued as building sites,
and should not have been. The small garage was accidentally put on the wrong lot.
Motion by Sup. Schuck, second by Sup. Hougan and carried to zero out improvement and
land values on 201-8410-0 and increase land value from 19,000 to 25,300 and
improvement value from 40,500 to 41,000 on 212-8690-9 for a new total assessed value
of$66,300 per Pat Clark's figures.
ANY OTHER SUCH BUSINESS AS MAY BE PRESENTED
1. C/T Neal notified Board of the Wisconsin Utility Association Annual Meeting.
2. A letter was received from Syttende Mai Coordinator Becky Greiber regarding the
Syttende Mai Canoe Race.
