Parcel numbers 23-6011-212-8690-9 and 23-0611-201-8410-0 will be combined. Both parcels were valued as building sites, and should not have been. The small garage was accidentally put on the wrong lot. Motion by Sup. Schuck, second by Sup. Hougan and carried to zero out improvement and land values on 201-8410-0 and increase land value from 19,000 to 25,300 and improvement value from 40,500 to 41,000 on 212-8690-9 for a new total assessed value of$66,300 per Pat Clark's figures. A letter was received from Syttende Mai Coordinator Becky Greiber regarding the Syttende Mai Canoe Race. They wanted the Board to contact them if there were any concerns about the starting point for the race and parking. The Board does have concerns, and want a representative to come to the next meeting. Alternative starting points were suggested. Lance Quale and Brian Gjermo will be asked to attend. 3. Motion by Sup. Schuck, second by Sup. Hougan and carried to return the driveway/culvert deposit to Patrick Billman which has been approved by Brian Gjermo. 4.
