PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT <br /> ZONING DIVISION <br /> Gentlemen, <br /> In regard to the Public Hearing Petition to be held <br /> on May 14, 1996 for change in zoning on the farm at <br /> 310 Clarkson Rd. in the town of York, we have some questions. <br /> The farm is the Ervin Klecker Estate to be rezoned for RH 2 <br /> and RH 3 rural homes. Zoning petition # 6598. <br /> If this rezoning is Era::!te6 does or will not this open <br /> the door for the rest of us in Dane Co. to have the same <br /> right ? Our farm is across the road from the Klecker farm. <br /> We have four children, can we then build homes for our <br /> children in our woods by rezoning? Our farm is at 183 Clarkson <br /> Rd. and our woods would accommodate four or more homes quite <br /> easily. <br /> Also , we question the plan, for the driveway from the <br /> Klecker woods. It is right below a hill and would be <br /> tremely dangerous. We live right on the hill and going in <br /> and out of our driveway can be treacherous. Putting it mildy <br /> we have some very fast traffic on this road, including some <br /> young people who at times use the road to race cars. We are <br /> also wondering about the large construction trucks being <br /> housed on the farm' Will that continue or be rezoned? <br /> We have lived on our farm since March of 1953.
