PLANMNG&DEVELOPMENT <br /> { <br /> i :.'=CORDS <br /> Chairman Tallard called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Present were Chairman Tallard, <br /> Supervisors Bakken, Held, Mueller and Riker. Also present were Clerk LaFond, Treasurer Wills, <br /> Town Attorney Tom Voss and Town Engineer Bob Rudd. <br /> PROOF OF POSTING <br /> The Clerk informed the Town Board that notice of the meeting had been provided and posted <br /> pursuant to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> APPROVE MINUTES OF APRIL 15, 1996 <br /> Supervisor Riker moved, seconded by Supervisor Bakken, to approve the minutes of April 15, <br /> 1996 as presented. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> APPROVE MINUTES OF APRIL 22, 1996 <br /> Supervisor Held moved, seconded by Supervisor Riker, to approve the minutes of April 22, <br /> 1996, as modified in Items#18, #19 and#20. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> APPROVE MINUTES OF MAY 1, 1996 <br /> There were no minutes available for the May 1, 1996 meeting. <br /> PUBLIC INPUT <br /> No one appeared before the Board under Public Input. <br /> MILO BREUNIG REZONING REQUEST <br /> Attorney Julie Brunette appeared with the petitioners, Milo and Phyliss Breuning. Brunette <br /> indicated that the Breunigs were willing to deed restrict both properties and to enter into an <br /> Agreement regarding use of the properties. The Agreement is contained in Attachment B. <br /> Supervisor Bakken noted that the Plan Commission had voted not to recommend the zoning <br /> change. Board members commented regarding the need to provide adequate assurances to the <br />
