April 8, 1996 <br /> TO: The Zoning Board Professionals <br /> FROM: Steve Pierick& Debbie (Brunner) Pierick <br /> SUBJECT: Rezoning <br /> Debbie and 1 live in Waunakee at 1303 Centennial Parkway, with our two <br /> sons, Mike and Nick, both 14 years old. <br /> We have agreed with Debbie's brother to purchase 7 acres of land to build a <br /> home for our family. This land is currently zoned agricultural and, all but 1.2 acres, <br /> was put in CRP by Debbie's brother, Gordon Brunner. Our goal is to attempt to <br /> fast-track the rezoning so we may get our two sons into high school at Wisconsin <br /> Heights on time and not have to transfer mid-year. <br /> This property has been in the Brunner family for many many years and, in <br /> fact, is the very same land Debbie grew up on and is excited to move back to.
