DANE COUNTY 0 <br /> RDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6612 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agricultural District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6612 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Dunn described as follows: Beginning <br /> at the W 1/4 corner of Section 23, Thence East along the centerline of CTH B to the <br /> Westerly right-of-way line of USH 51; thence Northwesterly along the Westerly right-of- <br /> way line of USH-51 to the centerline of Dyreson Road; thence Southerly along the <br /> centerline of Dyreson Road to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County xhe owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Subject to the recording of deed restriction that restricts any future conditional use permits to only the <br /> unlimited livestock conditional use permit. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site.
