DEED RESTRICTION <br /> PAGE 1 <br /> RESTRICTIONS <br /> I. WHEREAS, <br /> is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the <br /> Town of Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> to-wit: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Dunn described <br /> as follows : Beginning at the W 1/4 corner of Section 23, Thence <br /> East along the centerline of CTH B to the Westerly right-of-way <br /> line of USH 51; thence Northwesterly along the Westerly right-of- <br /> way line of USH-51 to the centerline of Dyreson Road; thence <br /> Southerly along the centerline of Dyreson Road to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> II. WHEREAS said owner desires to place certain restrictions <br /> thereon, to bind the owner and those who may acquire title <br /> hereafter. <br /> III . NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits <br /> passing to and from the owner and those who may hereafter <br /> purchase said land and the parties named as beneficiaries of <br /> these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby <br /> imposed: <br /> 1) . Subject to the recording of deed restriction that <br /> restricts any future conditional use permits to only the <br /> unlimited livestock conditional use permit. <br />
