This <br /> petition is seeking to combine a parcel 17.03 acres in size, which is being detached from an <br /> 80.91 acre parcel currently zoned Ag-1 Exclusive, with .97 acres, which is being detached from <br /> a 2.98 acre parcel, Lot 1 of CSM 7403, currently zoned Ag-2(4). This petition seeks to rezone <br /> the newly created parcel to Ag-2. Attached to this petition is a petition to grant a conditional <br /> use permit to the newly created parcel. The conditional use permit would reflect the existing <br /> usage of the parcels over more than the last 9 years, no changes being contemplated at this time. <br /> This petition is necessitated as a consequence of the intended sale of 63.88 acres of Ag-1 <br /> Exclusive lands to a third party. Said lands will remain within that zoning classification. <br /> I have enclosed the following items: <br /> 1. A 1" = 200' scale drawing of the proposed rezone area, entitled Preliminary <br /> Certified Survey Map, showing the two parcels of land affected by and being combined <br /> in this petition, the parcel to be created, containing 18.01 acres.
