As a reference, I have enclosed a colored map depicting the various parcels. The <br /> 18.01 acre parcel will consist of the areas marked in orange and yellow. The orange <br /> areas are currently zoned Ag-2(4), while the yellow areas are currently zoned Ag-1 <br /> Exclusive. The orange areas are currently part of Lot 1, CSM 7403. That CSM lot <br /> consists of the orange and pink areas. <br /> 2. A soils map showing the soils classifications and the percentage of each class <br /> contained within the new parcel being created and rezoned herein. <br /> 3. A check for $100.00 payable to Dane County Land Regulation& Records for the <br /> rezoning petition fee. <br /> 4. We are simultaneously submitting this petition to the Town of Berry for review <br /> and expect to be on the Town Board's agenda for the evening of May 20, 1996. <br /> 5. We would anticipate that this rezoning petition, if granted, would be contingent <br /> upon our receipt of a conditional use permit as set forth in the attached letter and the <br /> accompanying petition, since all of the current usage on the parcel to be created is <br /> permissible only with a conditional use permit within the Ag-2 zoning classification, and, <br /> as noted, we intend to continue all current usage following the rezone. <br /> Please contact me at your convenience if this application is incomplete in any fashion. <br /> I would be happy to supplement the record as necessary to assure timely review.
