Tax Parcel Number: 02-0807-034-9831-7 Dear Mr. Gregorius: I have enclosed the following items: 1. A 1" = 200' scale drawing of the proposed rezone area, entitled Preliminary Certified Survey Map. The area we seek to rezone is colored in pink. It represents a portion of a parcel currently described as Lot 1, CSM 7403. We are also seeking to record a new CSM creating a new lot of 2.01 acres, the area colored in pink. Said drawing contains the legal description of the 2.01 acre parcel to be rezoned. In the process, a portion of Lot 1, CSM 7403, will be transferred to adjacent lands shown as Lot 2 on the Preliminary CSM. The lands to be transferred to Lot 2 are colored yellow on the map. We are also submitting a proposal to rezone this new Lot 2 along with a request for a conditional use permit. A copy of that application to rezone is enclosed. 2. A soils map showing the soils classifications and the percentage of each class contained within the 2.0 acre parcel being created and rezoned herein. 3. A check for $100.00 payable to Dane County Land Regulation& Records for the rezoning petition fee.
