5. I received notification of this public hearing by mail on <br /> May 31 , 1996 , from your office . I appreciate being <br /> notifed of this proposal , thank you. According to <br /> Cottage Grove only the people with adjoining ground was <br /> notified of the proposed kennel use . I have spoke with <br /> Eugene Skaar and Kathleen Christoph about not being <br /> advised of this proposal . They were very understanding <br /> and helpful with information and suggested I write this <br /> letter and attend the meeting. According to Cottage <br /> Grove notification policy , no neighbors were aware of the <br /> hearings . The neighbors in this immediate area are being <br /> contacted for their input and are being given the date <br /> and time of the hearing at the Dane County Zoning <br /> Department . <br /> 6. Several real estate companies have been contacted on how <br /> a kennel in this area could affect the property value . <br /> I have been informed by them that the property value will <br /> be affected by a kennel . I hope to have more specifics <br /> regarding this issue by Tuesday night . <br /> Thank You for your time in addressing my concerns , I 'm looking <br /> forward to attending your meeting .
