Plan Committee Recommendations: Plan committee minutes from the March 27 <br /> meeting were reviewed. <br /> A. Sean and Geraiyn Hurley-Site approval for building a home on Skiggelkow road: <br /> MOTION by Hampton/Griffin to DISAPPROVE a 2 acre lot with a 400 foot driveway. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 3 to 2 . There was some discussion about the confusion of site <br /> approvals, driveway approvals, and whether or not the application should even have site <br /> approval listed on it. <br /> B. Ellery Jensen-Helen Link's home at 3287 CTH N: Information only regarding a dog <br /> kennel at the property. NO ACTION TAKEN, <br /> C. Dennis and Patricia Bentheimer, 3826 Vilas Road: Variance to build a garage, <br /> storage workshop. Mr. Bentheimer reported that Russ from Dane County Zoning had <br /> called him and recommended they change zoning to A-2 because he didn't think the <br /> Board of Adjustments would grant approval. To do so they would have to survey their <br /> three parcels and combine into one prior to requesting a re-zone. MOTION by <br /> Hampton/Kurt to hold in abeyance pending modification of their application. MOTION <br /> CARRIED. <br /> D. Dale Munson, 1629 N. Jargo Road-Zone Change from Ag-1 to LC-1 for 1 acre for <br /> use of office and to park trucks for business. It was clarified that a couple of trucks <br /> meant two. MOTION by Kurt/Shelley to approve a zone change from A-1. to Lc-1 for <br /> one acre and that the remainder be changed from A-1 to A-2 with a CUP. MOTION <br /> CARRIED. <br /> VII. Jay Bohnsack-Petition: Mr. Bohnsack presented a petition signed by the neighbors <br /> for discontinuing a portion of the frontage road on Janelle Lane. MOTION by <br /> Hampton/Kurt to accept the petition. MOTION CARRIED. <br /> VIII. Goals Dane County Towns-meeting: The District meeting for the Dane County <br /> Towns Association will be at Flynn Hall April 18th at 7:30 p.m. <br /> IX. Roof and garage repairs: <br /> Road Supervisor Jeff Smith reported that he had gotten two other bids in addition to the <br /> one the Chair presented at the last meeting. He also reported that they would replace the <br /> windows themselves. Thrift Painting bid was for$1782 which was for one coat only and <br /> Fritz was for$1785 for one coat whereas Shorty Anderson's bid was for$3600 which <br /> included scraping,replacing windows, and hand painting two coats. MOTION by <br /> Hampton/Griffin to go with Fritz for$1785 after the town finishes replacing the <br /> windows. <br />
