They <br /> operate a gas pump business ( for retail. as stations ) out of their <br /> home and use former farm buildings and a pole shed for storage of <br /> equipment, parts and trucks . They were informed by Dane County <br /> Planning and Zoning that they were in violation of the zoning code <br /> for running a commercial business out of an agricultural zoned <br /> home . <br /> Dane County, the Munson ' s stated, recommended C-2 commercial <br /> zoning . The Munsons would like to have this zoning on one acre <br /> located east of the current buildings, at the corner of Jargo and <br /> Blazing Star Roads, where they may eventually construct an office . <br /> The committee explained that they seldom favor C-2 zoning due to <br /> it ' s broad use allowances .
