That any prospective buyers of any of the lots in the Subdivision that have special casing requirements shall be provided with the most current copy, in the event of revisions, of this approval. 13. That any well driller contracted to construct a well on any of the lots with special casing requirements shall be provided with a copy of this approval and it shall be the responsibility of both the owner of the lot at the time a well is constructed and the well driller to see that the conditions of this approval are met. 14. That in the event that the actual construction of any of the wells on the above-described property has not commenced within 2 years of the date of this approval, the approval shall become void for each individual well.
