Adm. <br /> Code, requirements reflect measures which the Department has found to best <br /> protect drinking water and groundwater from contamination. A <br /> Department-approved variance does not guarantee acceptable water quality or <br /> quantity. <br /> The Department has authority under s. NR 812.43, Wis. Adm. Code, to grant a <br /> variance from ch. NR 812 requirements when strict compliance is impracticable. <br /> Variance approval may be conditioned on compliance specifications prescribed <br /> by the Department. Comparable specifications are based upon the need to <br /> protect drinking water and groundwater from contamination. Therefore, <br /> approval is hereby granted for the construction of wells on the <br /> above-described property, but subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. That the location of the proposed well sites are within a county that is <br /> participating in the County Well Delegation program and that it will be <br /> necessary for you to obtain a well permit from the county in addition to <br /> this variance. <br /> 2 . That any wells constructed on Lots 67 through 70 shall be provided with <br /> a minimum of 200 feet of well casing and shall be located on the NW3 of <br /> the lots . <br /> 3. That any wells constructed on Lots 79 through 82 shell be provided with <br /> a minimum of 180 feet of well casing. <br /> 4. That any wells constructed on Lots 66, 83 and 84, and the south half of <br /> Lots 86 through 92 shall be provided with a minimum of 160 feet of well <br /> casing. <br /> 5. That any wells constructed on Lots 65 and 85 and the north half of Lots <br /> 86 through 92, and Lots 71 and 93 shall be provided with a minimum of <br /> 140 feet of well casing. <br /> 6. That any wells constructed on Lots 57 through 64, Lot 94, Lots 106 and <br /> 107, and Lot 78 shall be provided with a minimum of 120 feet of well <br /> casing. <br /> 7. That any wells constructed on Lots 55 and 56, Lot 108, Lots 99 through <br /> 105, and Lots 72, 77, and 95 shall be provided with a minimum of 100 <br /> feet of well casing. <br /> 8. That any wells constructed on Lots 54, 109, 112 through 114, 73, 76, 96, <br /> and 98 shall be provided with a minimum of 80 feet of well casing. <br /> 9. That any wells constructed on Lots 53, 111, 115, 97, 123, 74, 75, and <br /> 110 shall be provided with a minimum of 60 feet of well casing. <br /> 10. That any wells constructed on Lots 11 through 52 and Lots 116 through <br /> 122 need only be provided with the normal well casing requirements of <br /> NR 812.08, Wis. Adm. Code. <br /> 11. That upon completion of the final plat of the above-described property <br /> you or any subsequent owner shall provide the Department with a copy of <br />
